In a strategic move to strengthen its presence in the European agricultural and industrial markets, the company has announced the opening of a new 15,000-square-meter logistics and distribution hub in Rotterdam, Netherlands. The facility, which officially began operations on June 1, 2026, is expected to reduce delivery lead times to European customers by up to 50% and significantly enhance after-sales support capabilities across the continent. The Rotterdam hub is strategically located near one of Europe’s busiest ports, providing seamless access to major shipping routes and overland transportation networks. The facility features advanced automated storage and retrieval systems, climate-controlled warehousing for stainless steel and specialty chains, and a dedicated technical training center for local distributors and service partners. Initial inventory at the hub includes over 200 product SKUs, covering the full range of driving chains, conveyor chains, leaf chains, and agricultural chains. “We have seen extraordinary growth in European demand over the past 24 months, particularly for our stainless steel and agricultural chain products,” said Maria Santos, Vice President of Global Sales. “The Rotterdam hub allows us to stock inventory closer to our customers, respond more quickly to urgent replacement orders, and provide hands-on technical training that was previously difficult to deliver remotely. This investment underscores our long-term commitment to the European market.” The company has also appointed five new regional sales managers across Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and Poland to support the expanded distribution network. A series of distributor workshops and product training sessions are scheduled for July and August 2026, aimed at equipping local partners with in-depth technical knowledge of the company’s full product portfolio. The Rotterdam hub is expected to create 45 new local jobs in logistics, customer service, and technical support.
